Samantha Salmons Jewellery is happy to receive your email to discuss any exchanges you may need. Please get in touch by email sam@samanthasalons.com

This excludes any SALE SHOP items and EXCLUDES Jewellery MADE TO YOUR ORDER.

If you are unhappy with your commission please liaise with Sam directly. Together we can arrange an alteration for an additional cost or an exchange. Unfortunately Sam can not offer refunds on commissioned pieces.

All items must be returned for exchange, unworn in their original packaging.

Sam advises that all exchanges/returns are sent by Special Insured Delivery UK and Europe/ International. Sam is unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for. Unfortunately Sam is unable to email you upon receipt of your parcel, if you would like to confirm that your parcel has arrived, please check your tracking number on the parcel courier’s website.

Returns are usually processed within 30 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.

As soon as Sam’s received and taken care of your return, Sam will email you to confirm that your replacement/exchange has been issued.

All sales taxes are included in your exchange, if your order has been sent to a destination in the UK. Outside the UK custom duties, sales taxes incurred are paid by the customer.

In a rare case a full refund is required due to faulty jewellery, refunds will be processed to the same payment used for purchase.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS & EXCHANGES
